Job Description

• develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates (including job fairs/events, job boards & social media advertising)
• coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
• review and screen resumes and applications
• scheduled and conduct initial interviews to assess applicants’ skills and knowledge
• organize and facilitate hiring procedures/paperwork, background checks and recruitment database
• ensure compliance with labor regulations

Job Requirements

• proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases as well as an understanding of labor legislation
• strong decision-making, communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to handle data with confidentiality
• BS degree in Human Resources Management, Communications and/or HRIS experience is a plus

Salary
$18-$20/hr.
