C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, direct hire, Hybrid Customer Service Representative in Jefferson City. Must live within commuting distance from Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Hybrid Customer Service Representative: $17/hr. + full benefit package; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; 3 days remote and 2 days in Jefferson City office

Responsibilities for Hybrid Customer Service Representative:

  • prepare, process and maintain new and existing member enrollments and de-enrollments
  • interpret and apply the CMS enrollment and eligibility rules and procedures
  • research and reconcile the errors and rejections received on the weekly and monthly reports
  • explain and interpret complex rules, regulations and procedures of the Medicare program
  • make outbound calls to Medicare members reconciling enrollment applications
  • identify services covered under the enrollee’s current insurance carrier
  • determine appropriate action, make manual corrections if needed and submit corrected transactions
  • maintain a positive working relationship with various customer work groups to contribute to customer satisfaction

Requirements for Hybrid Customer Service Representative:

  • experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • customer service background and experience
  • Healthcare Medicare or Medicare Advantage knowledge preferred
  • exceptional communications, customer service, time-management and listening skills
  • problem-solving ability to identify root cause, develop solutions and implement in close collaboration with those doing the work
  • ability to remain calm and productive under pressure
