C&S has immediate openings for full-time Bankcard Customer Support Specialist in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Bankcard Customer Support Specialist: $17/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Responsibilities for Bankcard Customer Support Specialist:

• provide customer service via telephone and email concerning consumer credit/debit cards
• payment processing, application data entry and processing customer requests
• handle internal and external customer concerns by researching and resolving customer issues

Requirements for Bankcard Customer Support Specialist:

• excellent customer service, listening and oral/written communication skills
• computer experience required
• strong analytical, attention to detail and problem solving skills
• ability to multitask in fast-paced work environment
