C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Building Maintenance Worker in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Building Maintenance Worker: $15/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; (full benefit package available after full-time employment)

Responsibilities for Building Maintenance Worker:

• cleaning units
• changing/replacing light bulbs
• repairing doors
• basic plumbing and HVAC repairs

Requirements for Building Maintenance Worker:

• general maintenance skills and knowledge
• ability to lift and routinely carry up to 50 pounds
• must have computer and inventory knowledge
• ability to effectively deal with the public
• must live within 25 miles of Jefferson City and possess a clean driving record
• ability to pass background check and pass drug screening
