C&S has an immediate opening for a temp-to-hire Construction Technician in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Construction Technician: $16/hr.; 30-40 hours/week

Responsibilities for Construction Technician:

• assist with construction/reconstruction including moving contents, removal of materials, cleaning, water extraction and demolition
• set up and monitor drying equipment
• site cleaning (flooring, ducts, mold remediation, fire/smoke/odor, etc.)
• monitor and document jobs (utilize software, take photos, complete paperwork)

Requirements for Construction Technician:

• construction/maintenance experience preferred
• ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• valid driver’s license
• computer and tablet/phone application experience
• ability to follow directions and work independently
• good communication and customer service skills
• ability to pass background check and drug screening
