C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Assistant in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Customer Service Assistant: $15/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Assistant:

• assist individuals and departments with lost or stolen check issues
• prepare legal documents for the process of replacement checks and forgery claims
• verify information to process stop payments on checks in the banking system
• assist with replacing checks presumed to be lost or stolen/never received

Requirements for Customer Service Assistant:

• proven communication skills (written & verbal)
• computer skills and experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office
• excellent customer service skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
