C&S has immediate openings for full-time, direct hire Hybrid Customer Service Representatives in Jefferson City. Must live within commuting distance from Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Hybrid Customer Service Representatives: $16.50/hr. + full benefit package; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (No holidays or weekends); 2 days remote, 3 days in Jefferson City office

Responsibilities for Hybrid Customer Service Representatives:

• assisting participants with questions regarding claims and benefits
• relaying information regarding policies and procedures
• documenting contacts as required

Requirements for Hybrid Customer Service Representatives:

• must reside within commuting distance from Jefferson City
• excellent communication and customer service skills
• must have strong, reliable internet service
• basic office and phone skills
• previous customer service experience preferred
