C&S has an immediate opening for full-time Desktop Support Technician in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Desktop Support Technician: $25/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Responsibilities for Desktop Support Technician:

  • troubleshoot software and hardware failures
  • provide tier 2 level of support for end users
  • work with Active Directory, RSA, JIRA, Exchange and SharePoint for user account creations, terminations and changes
  • image and deploy laptops to end users
  • remote support

Requirements for Desktop Support Technician:

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • healthcare terminology or IT background experience preferred
  • good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • problem-solving orientation to identify root cause, develop solutions and implement in close collaboration with those doing the work
  • strong customer service, time management and communications/listening skills
  • healthcare, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage knowledge preferred
