C&S has immediate openings for full-time, direct hire Hybrid Pharmacy Help Desk Technicians for healthcare services organization in Jefferson City. Must reside within a 45-minute commute from Jefferson City, Missouri.

Salary/hours for Hybrid Pharmacy Help Desk Technicians: $18/hr. + benefit package; 40 hours/week; 2 days remote and 3 days in office; shifts vary between 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday-Saturday

Hybrid Pharmacy Help Desk Technicians responsibilities include:

• processing phone and written requests for medications submitted by physicians and pharmacies
• assist in determining review outcomes
• determine final decision regarding pre-certification of medications using algorithms and clinical rules associated with medications under review

Hybrid Pharmacy Help Desk Technicians requirements include:

• must reside within a 45-minute commute from Jefferson City
• 3 or more years experience in one or more of the following (pharmacy services, healthcare settings, utilization review)
• must be computer proficient and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pharmacy Technician or LPN nurse candidates preferred
• previous customer service experience and experience working with pharmacists & physicians required
