C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Inside Sales Coordinator in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Inside Sales Coordinator: $17-$20/hr. (commensurate with experience); Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Responsibilities for Inside Sales Coordinator:

• working with customers, suppliers and production team to ensure client expectations are met
• work harmoniously with staff to ensure updated information is obtained and shared in a positive manner
• check inventory levels and product details to ensure availability
• build relationships and ensure clarity while listening to and understanding customer needs
• facilitate meetings between customers and art department to discuss and clarify design ideas
• prepare and receive order approvals in a timely manner to ensure prompt delivery
• discuss and confirm payment terms with customers
• keep updated on order progress and remain in contact with customer on progress/completion
• research and develop sales in a proactive manner
• routinely conduct value-added selling by cross-selling and up-selling

Requirements for Inside Sales Coordinator:

• previous customer service/sales experience
• computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to train and learn industry software
• good communication and customer service skills
