C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Office Manager in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Office Manager: $20/hr.; full-time

Responsibilities for Office Manager:

  • serve as the primary point of contact for the company, both in person and via phone and email
  • manage office supply inventory and ensure office equipment is in good working order
  • maintain physical and digital files, documents, and records
  • coordinate communications between clients and staff
  • manage and delegate customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback appropriately to ensure timely resolution and customer experience
  • manage both external and internal office communications, including emails, call logs, invoicing, work orders and contracts
  • maintain employee files, records, and general documentation, including government background checks and personal information
  • process employee onboarding to include coordinating background checks, and completing all employment paperwork
  • administer and record employee leave use, i.e., vacation time, sick leave, and PTO as well as uniform requests
  • maintain employee health and benefits programs; manage worker compensation audits and claims

Requirements for Office Manager:

  • strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles (including Quickbooks Online software); certification preferred
  • office management, basic accounting and human resources experience
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • understanding of HR procedures, employee benefits and payroll processes
  • strong organizational, time management and communications skills
  • ability to pass FBI background check
