C&S has an immediate opening for full-time, temp-to-hire Order Processing Specialist in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Salary/hours for Order Processing Specialist: $22/hr.; Monday-Thursday (7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) & Friday (7:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.)

Responsibilities for Order Processing Specialist:

• Answer phone calls and assist customers
• Communicate with dealers/distributors
• Process orders using SAP Business One order management system
• Entering orders, tracking orders and following up on deliveries
• Create sales orders while verifying inventory and discounts/terms
• Ensure delivery timelines are met and update team members regarding delays
• Create and manage all return authorizations
• Resolve order discrepancies and work with internal team to resolve issues when necessary
• Process payments for orders and other misc. payments

Requirements for Order Processing Specialist:

• Previous customer service &/or office experience
• Computer proficiency; ability to learn industry software; excellent data entry skills
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), decision-making and customer service skills
• Accounting skills are a plus but not required
• Reliability and ability to maintain office systems when management team is out
