Salary/hours for remote Pharmacy Help Desk Technicians: $18/hr. + benefit package; 40 hours/week; shifts vary between 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday-Saturday

Pharmacy Help Desk Technicians responsibilities include:

• working with medical professionals to process drug authorization requests by telephone and facsimile

Pharmacy Help Desk Technicians requirements include:

• must be a Missouri resident
• must be computer proficient and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Technicians or LPN required
• previous customer service, utilization review and healthcare experience required
