C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Property Maintenance Technician in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Property Maintenance Technician: $18/hr.; Monday-Friday (8 a.m.-5 p.m.) + on call every other weekend

Responsibilities for Property Maintenance Technician:

• changing lighting & locks
• installation and repair to appliances
• managing painting and drywall
• general repairs

Requirements for Property Maintenance Technician:

• ability to follow directions
• attention to detail is a must
• repair and installation knowledge and experience
• clean background and ability to pass drug screening
