C&S has immediate openings for direct hire, full-time remote Medical Billing Specialists. Must reside 45 miles or more from Jefferson City and be a Missouri resident.

Salary/hours for remote Medical Billing Specialists: $18.50/hr. including benefit package; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Responsibilities for remote Medical Billing Specialists:

• respond to phone and written inquiries regarding medical claims
• determine eligibility and payment requirements
• enter data and maintain records

Requirements for remote Medical Billing Specialists:

• 2 years of experience in one or more of the following (healthcare provider relations, healthcare patient relations, insurance claims processing, medical billing, medical diagnostic and procedure coding)
• previous medical billing and coding education or experience required
• excellent phone and computer knowledge
• must be a Missouri resident
• excellent customer service skills
