C&S has an immediate opening for a temporary, full-time, Remote Technical Help Desk position. Must be a Missouri resident.

Hours/salary for Remote Technical Help Desk: Monday-Friday overnight 8 p.m.-5 a.m. (six-month duration); salary commensurate with experience

Responsibilities for Remote Technical Help Desk:

  • support staff during new product launch and AEP
  • assist with specific AD access and account operations

Requirements for Remote Technical Help Desk:

  • 2-5 years previous experience
  • must be a resident of Missouri
  • ability to troubleshoot basic PC issues
  • knowledge of Active Directory User Accounts
