C&S has an immediate opening for a temporary, full-time, Remote Technical Help Desk position. Must be a Missouri resident.
Hours/salary for Remote Technical Help Desk: Monday-Friday overnight 8 p.m.-5 a.m. (six-month duration); salary commensurate with experience
Responsibilities for Remote Technical Help Desk:
- support staff during new product launch and AEP
- assist with specific AD access and account operations
Requirements for Remote Technical Help Desk:
- 2-5 years previous experience
- must be a resident of Missouri
- ability to troubleshoot basic PC issues
- knowledge of Active Directory User Accounts
