C&S has an immediate opening for a temporary, full-time Technical Help Desk Associate in Jefferson City.

Hours/salary for a Technical Help Desk Associate: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (six-month duration); salary commensurate with experience

Responsibilities for Technical Help Desk Associate:

  • support staff during new product launch and AEP
  • assist with specific AD access and account operations

Requirements for Technical Help Desk Associate:

  • 2-5 years previous experience
  • must be available during the 6-month project
  • ability to troubleshoot basic PC issues
  • knowledge of Active Directory User Accounts
